Before enrollment be ready with the following documents

Eligibility for Nomination

An Apprentice who has completed his/her apprenticeship training in the last financial year by maintaining a minimum 60% of attendance at the workplace and having a Certificate of Proficiency (COP) generated through the NATS Portal (www.nats.education.gov.in) only can apply.

These documents will need to be uploaded while submitting the Apprentice Nomination Form:

  • Certificate of Proficiency (COP) Scan copy, PDF, under 1MB. Generated through the NATS Portal (www.nats.education.gov.in) after training completion.
  • Attendance Report Scan copy, PDF, under 1MB. Download format
  • Daily Work Diary (first two pages) Scan copy, PDF, under 1MB.
  • Feedback Form Scan copy, PDF, under 2MB. Download format
  • Offer / Joining Letter Only if you got employment after apprenticeship training. Scan copy, PDF, under 1MB.

Before enrollment be ready with the following documents

Eligibility for Nomination

An Institution who has updated its profile in the NATS Portal (www.nats.education.gov.in) and has at least 05 passed-out students of that institute placed for apprenticeship training in any NATS-registered establishment in the last financial year, only can apply.

These documents will need to be uploaded while submitting the Institution Nomination Form:

  • Organization / Industry Meet First pages, scan copy, PDF, under 1MB.
  • Screenshot of BOPT(ER) / NATS Website Link Screenshot showing the link on your institution website. PDF, under 1MB.
  • Campus Placement Details Details of student placement through campus, F.Y. 2025-26. PDF, under 1MB.
  • Annual Apprenticeship Day Photos If any. PDF, under 1MB.
  • Feedback Form Scan copy, PDF, under 1MB. Download format

Before enrollment be ready with the following documents

Eligibility for Nomination

An establishment/organization who is registered in the NATS Portal (www.nats.education.gov.in) and is engaging apprentices of a minimum 2.5% of total manpower (including contractual, casual & outsourced staffs) in the last 3 financial years is eligible to file their nomination.

These documents will need to be uploaded while submitting the Establishment Nomination Form:

  • Man Power Details On the Establishment's letterhead. PDF, under 1MB.
  • Training Module Latest updated, signed and sealed by the Competent Authority. First two pages, on letterhead. PDF, under 1MB.
  • Supporting Document 1 Related to compliance with Sec 22.1 of The Apprentices Act, 1961. PDF, under 1MB. SEC 22.1 of The Apprentices Act, 1961
  • Supporting Document 2 Related to any Job Fair / Industry Meet / Seminar / Workshop / MAP organized with NATS/BOPT. PDF, under 1MB.
  • Feedback Form Scan copy, PDF, under 1MB. Download format
